The Contraption

I love the motion in this picture, and of course, the fact that the trike is so brilliantly Mad Max. 1/80th was just slow enough to get blur in the wheels, while keeping Andrew sharp as a button.

The trick with pan shots is choosing shutter priority (or manual of course) for the right speed, and pre-focusing on the place where the action is going to be.  The most important thing though is the follow through. Don’t stop tracking the moment you click the shutter.
